This product is made out of wood and it is almost impossible to make two trellises exactly the same. This product is made using a laser-cutting machine and there may be slight burn marks. If there are minor scratches, knots, small burn marks, small cracks in the wood, or small coating drips, we, unfortunately, cannot process a refund and will not accept any returns or exchanges. We genuinely appreciate you keeping the environment in mind.
For a long-lasting product, we recommend resealing your trellis every 6-12 months or as needed. This trellis is water-resistant but not waterproof, please be careful and do not often drench your wood trellis with liquid.
