Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on www.vertunjardin.com by consumers residing in Canada, and complements the legal right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec).


2. Return Period and Conditions

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to request a return and refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the delivery note or invoice.
  • Perishable products, custom-made products, or products marked "non-refundable" are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as free samples cannot be returned for a refund.

3. Defective Products or Order Error

In case of a defective product or if we have delivered an item different from the one ordered, Vert Un Jardin will cover:

  • Return and re-shipment costs.
  • Product exchange or repair, according to your preference.
  • A full refund if neither exchange nor repair can be performed.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us by email at: info@vertunjardin.com, indicating your order number, the name and reference of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected (within 3 to 5 business days), we will confirm by email the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Initial shipping costs are only refunded if you return a defective product or in case of an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  • Follow the same procedure as for a return, specifying "Exchange" and the desired new item.
  • Shipping costs will be at your expense, except for defective products or delivery errors.

7. Non-Waiver of Legal Rights

This policy does not limit the minimum rights recognized for consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec):

  • 10-day right of withdrawal for any distance contract.
  • Legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects.
