1. General
We are committed to making your shopping experience at jardinierquebec.com pleasant and ensuring that you receive your products as expected.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes out of stock after your order, we will inform you and fully refund your payment using the original payment method.
2. Shipping
Service Areas
- All Canadian territories and provinces, excluding post office boxes.
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, certain rural municipalities).
Carriers
- Canada Post (Standard Shipping or XPRESSpost service).
- FedEx or UPS option available upon request (additional charge based on volume and weight).
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on the province.
- Expedited delivery (XPRESSpost): 1 to 3 business days, excluding remote areas.
Shipping Fees
- For the rest of Canada, fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
- An additional charge may be applied for bulky items or remote areas.
Order Tracking
Post Office Boxes
Delivery to a post office box is not possible. Please provide a valid civic address.
3. Incorrect Address and Missing Package
Incorrect Address
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.
- Any changes must be requested before shipment by contacting us at info@jardinierquebec.com.
- In case of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in the package being returned, re-shipping or refund fees will be deducted from the initial shipping cost.
Missing Package
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 48 hours.
- Beyond that, contact us at info@jardinierquebec.com with your order and tracking number.
- We will investigate and respond within 24 business hours.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders are generally processed within 12 hours of validation. For any cancellation, please write to us promptly at info@jardinierquebec.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. Once processed, no cancellation will be possible.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt of your products to return your order, without justification.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part.
Procedure
- Fill out the return form available at jardinierquebec.com
- Attach it to your package and ship it to the address we will provide.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to your choice, within 10 business days.
