Blue cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides) is a perennial plant native to the moist undergrowth of North America. In spring, blue cohosh produces small clusters of yellowish-green to bluish flowers, which give way to dark blue berries. Adapted to shady environments, this plant is common in deciduous forests.
