Narrow-leaved mountain mint (Pycnanthemum tenuifolium), also known as slender mountain mint, is an herbaceous perennial plant in the Lamiaceae family, reaching between 30 and 60 cm in height. It is distinguished by its fine, linear leaves, which have a minty scent when crushed. In summer, the plant produces clusters of small white to pinkish flowers, which are very attractive to pollinators. Adapted to well-drained soils, this plant thrives in full sun or partial shade, bringing aromatic and ornamental interest to naturalistic gardens and wildflower meadows.
